Fishmanhealthcare.com is an online extension of your Fishman Health Care with a wider range of medical products. It is an online B to B website designed & developed by Fishman Health Care. Just type the molecule name of the product you need in our search box and select from the displayed options to start shopping.

Who can access this website?

Though it is a B2C website our website can be accessed by anyone with a proper prescription.

How can i place order?

For placing a new order, 

  1. Go to online orders 

  2. Type the Molecule Name of the Product you wish to purchase in the search box 

  3. Select from the displayed options

  4. Review the Product details

  5. Enter the required Quantity

  6. Add to Cart. 

Once all required items are added to the cart,

  1. Click on Checkout

  2. Verify the order

  3. Select Mode of Delivery

  4. Enter the required details

  5. Submit the order.

You will receive a confirmation mail to your registered email ID with the order details and an SMS on your registered phone number updating you about the order status.

Do i have to create an account to shop at fishmanhealthcare.com?

Yes, it is mandatory to create an account on fishmanhealthcare.com to be able to shop online.

When i will receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the 'Estimated Delivery Date' as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from "My orders" section. Keep a look-out for our order delivery updates.

Also, we understand that due to current Covid-19 crisis, the delivery date may not be as per usual timelines. But rest assured, we are working round the clock to deliver your order as soon as possible. 

I have received my products in damaged conditions?

We are sorry you had to experience this. Please go to "My orders", tap on the respective order & click 'Return'. We will try to resolve this on priority. (If any issues, call our customer support)

Items are different from what i ordered

There will be no issues like that because your are receiving from the C&D it's self. ( If any call our customer support )

Items are missing from what i ordered

How can i cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before checkout at anytime. ( Once sold cannot be refunded )

I want to modify my order?

Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.

What is the shelf life of the medicine being provided?

We ensure that the the shelf life of medicine will be more than 6 months of expiry date.
